Job Description – WFH Customer Service Executive

What you’ll do as a work-at-home customer service executive at Fusion CX

  • Deliver personalized and memorable customer service experiences to every customer.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to resolve inquiries effectively.
  • Accurately record and document customer interactions.

Job Requirements – WFH Customer Service Executive

What you’ll need to shine in the role of work-from-home customer service executive:

Education and experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience. Minimum 6 months of experience in the call center environment.

Skills and attributes

  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to speak clearly.
  • Proficiency in data entry and recording relevant information accurately.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Highly reliable and the ability to adhere to work schedules
  • Ability to work from home with the required setup, including:
    • A USB headset.
    • Personal computer equipment meeting minimum requirements (e.g., a. Processor: 2 GHz or faster, i5 minimum b. 8GB of RAM minimum but 16GB preferred).
    • Windows 10 (64Bit) or newer with the latest updates or Windows 10 32bit
