About the Role

As a Customer Service Executive at Fusion CX, you will handle customer interactions for Bilingual (French & English B2) markets, assisting clients with inquiries, requests, and service-related questions. You’ll ensure every conversation reflects professionalism, empathy, and efficiency — all while maintaining an authentic Québécois tone and style of communication that builds trust and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with clarity, accuracy, and empathy.
  • Communicate naturally in French with a French (Québécois) and English B2 level to ensure an authentic customer experience.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently according to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and client requirements.
  • Record and document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and quality teams to improve service performance.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Minimum BAC +2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience serving the Canadian market or in a similar customer service role.
  • Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in French (French (Québécois) and English B2 level required).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professionalism: Positive attitude, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Technical: Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Availability: Willingness to work in rotating shifts as part of a customer-focused team.
