About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate – Voice Support, you will respond to incoming customer requests, provide accurate information, and support customers in resolving account-related or service-related inquiries. You will deliver a positive experience through attentive listening, clear communication, and problem-solving while ensuring calls are documented accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and respond to all service-related questions and requests.
  • Provide accurate information regarding customer accounts, billing inquiries, service usage, and general support needs.
  • Resolve concerns with professionalism, clarity, and patience while maintaining service quality expectations.
  • Document all interactions in the appropriate systems with accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow communication scripts, process guidelines, and compliance requirements as applicable to the workflow.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate support teams when needed for timely resolution.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive interaction during every call.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with clear, articulate telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems during live calls.
  • Organized and able to manage tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically during customer interactions.
  • Ability to follow processes, meet quality requirements, and maintain accuracy in documentation.
  • Availability for a WFO (Work-From-Office) environment as required by the process.
