Job Description

Here is how you will shape the customer experience as a Customer Service Associate for a voice process serving a Hotel and Hospitality company in the Fusion CX:

  • Provide exceptional customer service at all hours, ensuring customer satisfaction through every interaction.

Job Requirements

Here is what you need to have to be a part of the Fusion CX and work as a Customer Service Associate (voice) joining a premier team serving a leading Hotel and Hospitality client:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Required proficiency in English, with communication skills equivalent to Versant Level 6.
  • Educational background should include a minimum of 12th-grade completion plus any higher education.
  • At least six months of experience in international sales, demonstrating a capacity for customer engagement and resolution.
  • Willingness and ability to work night shifts, with flexibility for rotational shift patterns.
