Job Description:

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate role handling voice calls:

  • Provide confident and empathetic customer support, resolving inquiries and issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate proficiently with customers or prospects in English or Hindi, offering support in their preferred language.
  • Efficiently navigates various applications and the call center CRM system, documenting customer interactions precisely and promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to optimize service delivery, aiming for first-contact issue resolution.

Job Requirements:

Essential skills and experience required for the role of Customer Service Associate

  • Freshers or those with 1-2 years of experience are welcome; familiarity with call center operations is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in smartphones, computers, internet/mobile applications, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • English communication proficiency equivalent to Versant Levels 3 and 4, and fluent in Hindi.
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy and written communication skills matching CEFR Level B1.
  • Must own a laptop/desktop with a minimum internet speed of 5 MBPS capable of running CRM and other telephony/contact center applications via Citrix Workspace.
