About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions across multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat.
This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset to ensure a positive and seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when required
• Provide product information, troubleshooting support, and guidance on services
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled politely and professionally
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: As per role requirements (open to graduates or relevant experience)
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or support roles preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
Key Skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer service or BPO industry
