About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate, you will provide phone-based support for vehicle transportation requests, acting as a key coordination point between customers and logistics partners. Your role will focus on handling shipment-related inquiries, tracking requests from origin to destination, and ensuring accurate communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide phone support to customers, logistics partners, and carriers regarding vehicle shipment requests
  • Assist with requests for transporting vehicles from one location to another and return shipments
  • Answer customer inquiries related to shipment status, timelines, and service processes
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure an accurate understanding of shipment requirements
  • Document customer interactions, shipment details, and updates accurately in the system
  • Follow defined processes, call-handling guidelines, and service quality standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams when escalation or additional support is required
  • Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and service consistency across all interactions

Job Requirements:

Education
