Customer Service Associate – US Collections – Noida

Fusion CX is actively seeking customer-focused, dynamic individuals with a talent for persuasion to join our US third-party collection team based in Noida for the role of Customer Service Associate. This role is critical for our debt recovery operations, catering to US clients. If you have 1-2 years of experience in 3rd Party US Collections and are knowledgeable about laws and regulations such as FDCPA, UDAAP, and CFPB, we would love to hear from you. This position requires excellent communication skills, meeting targets, and flexibility to work night shifts.

Job Description:

• Execute third-party collections for US clients while strictly adhering to guidelines and regulations.
• Employ effective collection techniques to maximize debt recovery.
• Achieve monthly targets and goals with diligence.
• Maintain professional communication with debtors to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Ensure full compliance with US debt collection laws and regulations, including FDCPA, UDAAP, and CFPB.
• Collaborate with team members to meet collective objectives.
• Undertake additional duties as required by management.

Job Requirements:

• Mandatory 1-2 years of experience in 3rd Party US Collections.
• In-depth knowledge of US debt collection laws and regulations, such as FDCPA, UDAAP, and CFPB.
• Proficient in collection techniques and strategies.
• Ability to work towards and meet monthly targets.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work from the office located in Noida.
• Availability for night shifts from Monday to Friday, 6:30 pm to 3:30 am. Both-way transportation is provided.
