About the Role
You will manage inbound customer interactions regarding disconnection requests, service clarifications, and general account support. The role requires clear communication, detailed documentation, and the ability to guide customers through defined processes while maintaining service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat with accurate, timely responses.
• Resolve concerns professionally and guide customers through disconnection steps or related processes.
• Maintain complete and accurate CRM records for every interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require escalation or cross-functional support.
• Follow process guidelines for troubleshooting, documentation, and compliance
• Ensure all interactions reflect respect, patience, and ownership of the customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Recent Graduate
