About the Role
You will manage inbound customer interactions regarding disconnection requests, service clarifications, and general account support. The role requires clear communication, detailed documentation, and the ability to guide customers through defined processes while maintaining service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat with accurate, timely responses.
