About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Tier 1 Helpdesk, you will act as the first point of contact for monitoring and tracking support requests. The role involves handling service tickets, assisting with basic troubleshooting, supporting product installation through OTP and email workflows, and ensuring customer issues are addressed accurately and efficiently. This position requires critical thinking, attention to detail, and consistent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Tier 1 helpdesk requests related to tank monitoring and trailer tracking systems
  • Provide administrative and technical support to customers through defined channels
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting and product installation support via OTP and email
  • Analyze issues using critical thinking to determine appropriate resolutions or next steps
  • Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all times
  • Document interactions, actions taken, and resolutions accurately in the system
  • Follow defined support procedures, escalation guidelines, and service standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams when issues require further technical intervention
