Job Description

Retail/E-Commerce Customer Service Associate must perform the following functions:

  • Conduct outbound calls to inform suppliers about ongoing sales initiatives, deals, and campaigns, encouraging participation.
  • Offer precise information and support to suppliers regarding the platform’s products and services.
  • Address and resolve supplier inquiries and issues promptly. Also, ensure their satisfaction and loyalty through interaction and services.
  • Keep abreast of the social commerce platform’s product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Job Requirements

Retail/E-Commerce Customer Service Associate must possess the following attributes:

  • A minimum educational qualification of Higher Secondary, with a preference for graduates.
  • Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Bengali is a must for this CSR role.
  • Availability to work fixed shifts from 10 AM to 7 PM.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with technology are essential.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a call center setting will be considered an asset for this role.
  • Proficient typing skills with 90% accuracy and clear speech pronunciation are crucial for success in this role. The Semantify Test will evaluate these skills and capabilities.
