About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate, you will support a blended supplier interaction process involving outbound calling and query resolution. Your primary responsibility will be to engage suppliers, explain ongoing sales initiatives and campaigns, and ensure accurate communication aligned with defined process guidelines. The role requires clarity in communication, consistency in follow-ups, and adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to suppliers to inform and engage them in sales events, deals, and campaign activities
  • Communicate campaign details clearly and accurately as per defined guidelines
  • Address supplier questions, concerns, and participation-related issues promptly
  • Provide correct information and assistance while maintaining professional interaction standards
  • Maintain an updated understanding of products, offers, and process requirements
  • Document interactions and outcomes accurately as per internal procedures
  • Follow quality, compliance, and productivity expectations consistently

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Higher Secondary completion required
  • Graduation is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali
  • Basic computer knowledge and comfort using systems
  • Willingness to work a day shift
  • Ability to handle outbound calling confidently and professionally
  • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred

Assessment Requirement

  • A minimum 90% accuracy in typing
  • A minimum 90% score in speech pronunciation and fluency
