About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing supplier and customer interactions in a blended voice process. The role includes handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring accurate communication, and following defined operational guidelines. Outbound calls will be placed using the associate’s own mobile device, as per process requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle blended customer and supplier support interactions across inbound and outbound voice channels
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both Hindi and English (verbal and written)
- Make outbound calls using personal mobile devices in line with process guidelines
- Understand customer or supplier queries and provide accurate information or resolutions
- Follow defined scripts, processes, and operational instructions consistently
- Document interaction details accurately as per internal guidelines
- Maintain service quality, compliance, and professionalism in every interaction
Job Requirements:
Education
- Completion of XII from a recognized board
Skills & Competencies
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Basic customer handling and conversational skills
- Willingness to work in a blended voice process
- Ability to follow processes, instructions, and quality guidelines
