About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional support to customers via voice, chat, and email. You will help resolve customer inquiries, provide product and service-related assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience across every interaction.
This role requires strong communication skills in English and Hindi, customer-centric thinking, and the ability to navigate systems efficiently while managing multiple customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through voice, chat, and email support channels
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and customer requests
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Document customer interactions accurately within internal systems
- Navigate multiple applications and support tools while assisting customers
- Maintain service quality standards and operational performance metrics
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams when required
- Follow established customer support processes and operational guidelines
- Deliver a consistent and professional customer experience across all communication channels
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- A graduation in any discipline
- Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant customer experience are required; however, freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to communicate effectively based on customer language preference
- English proficiency equivalent to Versant Level 3–4 preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and customer-focused environment
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of the Internet and mobile applications
- Strong system navigation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
- Ability to learn and adapt to customer support platforms and tools

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
