About the Role
You will support ecommerce sellers by addressing queries, analysing key concerns, documenting case information, and ensuring sellers receive clear, accurate guidance. The role requires strong communication, logical reasoning, and the ability to handle seller interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to sellers through inbound interactions.
- Understand seller concerns, quantify issues, and deliver logical, solution-oriented responses.
- Guide sellers on listing management, order flow, payment queries, and policy-related matters.
- Troubleshoot seller challenges and collaborate with internal teams when required.
- Record case details and seller/vendor information accurately as per process requirements.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups.
- Use MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and related tools to analyse data and prepare reports.
- Maintain service quality, professionalism, and a customer-first approach at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduation (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Languages: English ( Level 4) and Hindi mandatory
- Prior experience in e-commerce seller support or sales is required
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning to interpret seller/vendor issues and provide effective solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Spreadsheets, Google Documents, and related applications
- Work mode: WFO
