About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Robot Operations Support, you will be responsible for supporting the safe movement and operational monitoring of automated robotic systems through client platforms and remote operational tools. You will help ensure process accuracy, timely escalations, and operational continuity while maintaining adherence to service level expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Watcher Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support the safe movement of robots operating in auto mode
  • Validate order loading, drop-off processes, and order status accuracy
  • Accept assigned monitoring sessions within defined SLA timelines
  • Intervene when necessary to support safe robot movement
  • Report operational incidents within SLA requirements
  • Escalate issues and operational concerns to Resolver or Coordinator teams through client systems
  • Maintain proper shift status updates within client platforms

Resolver Responsibilities

  • Resolve operational situations where autopilot systems require assistance
  • Accept assigned requests and interventions within SLA expectations
  • Assist robots in route movement and operational navigation
  • Provide safe remote operational commands when required
  • Draw and update areas on operational maps
  • Document interventions, operational requests, and incident details accurately
  • Escalate unresolved issues to teammates or support teams through client communication platforms
  • Maintain operational accuracy while minimizing preventable incidents

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: XII pass
  • Strong attention to detail and decision-making ability
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to work with web-based operational systems
  • Ability to follow structured operational processes and SLA requirements
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced monitoring environment
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and Work From Office (WFO) setup
  • Freshers can apply; training will be provided
