About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Pet Services Operations, you will support day-to-day activities related to partner coordination, documentation, and customer communication. The role requires handling high interaction volumes, following defined procedures, and ensuring accuracy across records and approvals. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • Work rotating shifts, including rotating weekends, as per operational requirements
  • Assign and manage daily tasks based on departmental needs
  • Proactively place outbound calls to external partners for inventory and status verification
  • Handle payment-related queries and issues in line with defined procedures
  • Manage inbound and outbound interactions across phone, email, fax, and chat channels
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete and properly filed before approving next-step actions
  • Coordinate with internal relations teams to report and address protocol or compliance violations
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions within approved systems
  • Follow standard operating procedures and escalation guidelines at all times

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Graduation from a recognized institution

Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience in customer service or contact center operations preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple communication channels efficiently
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Comfort working rotational shifts and dynamic schedules
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow compliance-driven processes and timelines
  • Capability to work independently in a structured, office-based environment
