About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate – Outbound Tier 1, you will handle outbound calls using an automated dialer, engage prospects in meaningful conversations, understand business requirements, and work toward achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. This role requires clear communication, multitasking ability, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced operations environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle outbound calls professionally and engage prospects in clear, confident conversations
• Understand customer needs and relate solutions effectively
• Use outbound dialer systems efficiently while documenting critical information accurately
• Multitask between live calls and real-time system documentation
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and sales or engagement targets
• Demonstrate industry-standard customer service and communication practices
• Handle objections, gatekeepers, and prospect queries with confidence and professionalism
• Adapt quickly to program updates, process changes, and performance requirements
• Work collaboratively with the team while maintaining accountability for individual performance

Job Requirements:

Education
• Senior High School graduate or High School graduate
• Undergraduate or College graduate candidates are welcome

Experience
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of BPO or contact center experience preferred

Skills and Competencies
• Pleasant voice quality with above-industry-standard communication skills
• Strong ability to engage customers and relate to their needs
• Confidence in handling outbound calls and structured conversations
• Working knowledge of outbound dialer usage and call handling workflows
• Ability to multitask across dialer systems and documentation tools
• Proficiency in basic office applications and documentation standards
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving performance targets
• Strong problem-solving, persuasion, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Adaptable and open to rapid program or process changes
