About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Outbound Support, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, addressing queries, sharing information, and supporting resolution workflows. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in customer interaction, and adherence to defined calling processes and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers as per assigned call lists and operational requirements
  • Communicate clearly and convincingly with customers in Hindi and English
  • Share accurate information and address customer queries during outbound interactions
  • Follow defined calling scripts, processes, and escalation guidelines
  • Maintain basic call records and updates as required by the process
  • Ensure professionalism and customer courtesy during all interactions
  • Meet daily calling targets and productivity expectations
  • Adhere strictly to attendance, shift timing, and WFO requirements

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Higher secondary education completed from a recognized board or equivalent

Experience & Skills

  • Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English
  • Confidence in handling outbound customer conversations
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, structured calling environment
  • Comfortable using a personal mobile device for outbound calling during work hours
  • Basic customer handling and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to follow standard operating procedures
