About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate, you will handle outbound customer interactions, supporting service-related conversations with accuracy and professionalism. The role focuses on clear communication, basic customer guidance, and adherence to defined operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers as per assigned workflows and call plans
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in Hindi and English
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, process-aligned information
  • Follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards consistently
  • Document call outcomes and customer responses accurately in the system
  • Maintain professionalism and service discipline across all interactions
  • Meet daily productivity and quality expectations as defined by the process

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Completion of higher secondary from a recognized board (Graduates may also apply)

Experience

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in BPO, sales, or outbound processes
  • Prior exposure to customer interaction or telecalling is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively in Hindi and English
  • Basic customer handling and conversational skills
  • Willingness to work in an outbound calling role
  • Basic understanding of banking terminology is preferred but not mandatory
  • Comfort working in a structured, work-from-office setup
