Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls professionally while engaging customers in effective conversations

• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and critical information
• Manage multitasking between outbound calls, system navigation, and operational documentation
• Demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and sales targets
• Handle gatekeepers professionally and navigate conversations effectively
• Support operational and business goals while maintaining service quality standards
• Adapt to changing campaign requirements and operational processes as needed

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: XII pass
• Strong English communication skills with a pleasant voice quality
• Ability to handle outbound customer interactions confidently and professionally
• Strong persuasion, presentation, and selling skills
• Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or customer service is preferred
• Familiarity with outbound dialers and customer interaction systems preferred
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to changing operational requirements
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Willingness to work in a Work From Office (WFO) setup in Manila
