About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate – Outbound Collections, you will manage outbound customer communications to secure timely payment of outstanding balances while delivering a professional, respectful, and customer-focused experience. You will work with customers to understand their situations, negotiate suitable payment solutions, and ensure every interaction is handled with empathy, professionalism, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage outbound customer communications to secure timely payment of outstanding amounts.
- Contact customers professionally regarding outstanding account balances.
- Negotiate appropriate payment arrangements while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and recommend suitable payment solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets established by the business.
- Follow company policies, compliance standards, and collection procedures during every interaction.
- Escalate complex customer issues when appropriate.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information at all times.
Job Requirements:
Education
- Graduation is required.
Experience
- Previous experience in collections, customer service, outbound calling, payment recovery, accounts receivable, or contact center operations is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
