About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Outbound Collections, you will connect with customers who have outstanding balances and support them in resolving their payments. You will communicate clearly, follow standard collection procedures, and maintain accuracy and professionalism in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments to secure a timely resolution.
  • Identify account details and provide clear explanations of outstanding balances.
  • Assist customers with setting up payment arrangements in line with process guidelines.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Follow compliance, call-flow, and collection policies consistently.
  • Achieve performance metrics related to recovery, quality, and call handling.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases appropriately.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation required.
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle payment discussions professionally and empathetically.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage high outbound call volumes.
  • Basic computer proficiency and accurate documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a WFO environment.
