Job Description:

About the Role

This is a full-time inbound customer support position involving voice and non-voice interactions. You will handle service-related queries, explain warranty scenarios, manage exception cases, and ensure timely resolution while meeting defined performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and support platforms.
  • Manage queries related to in-warranty and out-of-warranty services.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve concerns within defined timelines.
  • Log all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Meet quality, response time, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
  • Adhere to internal service processes and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated cases.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Completion of high school (XII) from a recognized board.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or inbound call handling.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to manage challenging conversations calmly.
  • Basic technical understanding to explain and troubleshoot general product or service issues.
  • Attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, KPI-driven environment.

Language & Communication Requirements

  • Proficient in Hindi and English (verbal and written).
  • Additional language proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada.
  • Versant score of 3 or 4 in English is required.

Other Requirements

  • Full-time role.
  • 9-hour rotational shifts in a 7-day working environment with rotational weekly offs.
  • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO).
