About the Role

You will work on LLM-related customer service and analytical tasks, evaluate content, perform research-driven assignments, and support quality review activities across English and Italian workflows. The role requires strong reasoning ability, excellent written communication, and the discipline to manage tasks with accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support English and Italian customer-facing and back-office tasks within LLM and digital operations projects
  • Perform research-based evaluation, data interpretation, and analytical reviews
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality of responses
  • Review, interpret, and analyze information to support LLM training or customer service improvements
  • Ensure high-quality, structured written output in both languages
  • Maintain productivity and performance metrics while working within defined guidelines
  • Fulfil weekly hour commitments, including required overlap with US business hours

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation (Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates without a degree may apply if they have relevant experience)
  • Languages: Strong English communication skills (mandatory) and fluency in Italian
  • Experience writing professionally (e.g., analyst, copywriter, journalist, editor, technical writer, translator)
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Ability to interpret data, apply logical reasoning, and handle basic arithmetic
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Suite, and online research tools
  • Ability to work 20–40 hours per week with at least 4 hours overlapping US time
  • Desktop/laptop setup with reliable internet connectivity
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and task-management skills
