About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate – Lead Generation Support, you will manage digital leads received through approved channels, qualify prospects based on defined criteria, and support conversion outcomes through structured follow-ups. The role emphasizes data integrity, compliance, and disciplined execution within a volume-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage digital leads through approved lead sources
- Validate and qualify leads based on predefined eligibility and quality benchmarks
- Engage with prospects via calls and approved digital touchpoints to confirm interest and requirements
- Update lead status, remarks, and outcomes accurately within the CRM system
- Conduct timely follow-ups to support lead-to-conversion outcomes
- Maintain strict adherence to call handling standards, data hygiene, and compliance guidelines
- Share daily and weekly performance reports as per defined governance
- Consistently meet assigned productivity, accuracy, and conversion targets

Job Requirements:
Education
- Undergraduates with relevant experience or fresh Graduates
Experience & Skills
- 0–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or customer engagement roles
- Good verbal communication skills in English and a local language
- Basic working knowledge of CRM tools and call-handling processes
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work extended operating hours with rotational offs
- Result-oriented mindset suited to volume-driven environments
