About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Lead Generation Support, you will manage digital leads received through approved channels, qualify prospects based on defined criteria, and support conversion outcomes through structured follow-ups. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage digital leads through approved lead sources
  • Validate and qualify leads based on predefined eligibility and quality benchmarks

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to work extended operating hours with rotational offs
