Job Descriptions
Role & responsibilities Customer Service Associate in Fusion CX Kolkata:
- Manage Voice Support, Chat, and Email applications for Customer Support
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Researching required information using available resources.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales and customer service problems.
- Provide product and service information.
- Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues and reporting them to management as needed.
- Following up on complicated customer calls where required.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
- Documenting details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Job Requirements
Preferred candidate profile for Customer Service Associate role in Kolkata:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
- Freshers are also welcome.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal/Written with proper grammar in English and Hindi
- Good computer and typing (28-30 wpm) skills
- Candidates pursuing their graduation from distance learning can also apply, but they must ensure that examinations are after 06 months from the date of joining.
