Job Description – Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate in Kingston, Jamaica

  • Accept incoming phone calls from customers.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on claims and provide updates.
  • Understand and apply business rule requirements effectively.
  • Review contracts and ensure customer understanding.
