About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Inbound Support, you will handle incoming customer calls, address service-related queries, and provide accurate information while adhering to defined service standards. You will play a key role in delivering timely, courteous, and effective customer support across multiple interaction scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls across a 24×7 operational environment
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in Bengali, Hindi, and English
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information or guidance
  • Follow standard operating procedures for call handling, documentation, and escalation
  • Maintain professionalism and service quality during all customer interactions
  • Record call details and updates accurately using basic computer systems
  • Meet defined productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
  • Adapt to rotational shifts and weekly offs as per operational requirements

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Graduation completed or currently pursuing from a recognized institution

Experience & Skills

  • Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English (verbal communication mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Customer-focused mindset with good listening and comprehension skills
  • Willingness to work in a work-from-office setup
