About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Inbound Support, you will assist suppliers and vendors by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing timely support through inbound customer interactions. You will serve as a key point of contact, helping ensure smooth communication and a positive support experience.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, analytical, and comfortable working with digital tools and support systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer and supplier support interactions professionally and efficiently.
  • Understand supplier and vendor concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend suitable resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and support activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when escalation or additional support is required.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through clear communication and timely responses.
  • Follow established operational processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.
  • Utilize support tools, spreadsheets, and documentation systems effectively.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Minimum Qualification: XII Pass

Language Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory).
  • Regional language proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to understand supplier and vendor concerns and propose effective solutions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and process adherence.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with:
    • MS Office
    • Google Sheets
    • Google Documents
    • Internet-based applications and tools

Preferred Experience

  • E-commerce experience or knowledge is an advantage.
  • Customer service, inbound support, or customer care experience is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
