About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate, you will handle inbound customer and supplier interactions for an ecommerce support process. The role requires strong listening skills, logical problem analysis, and accurate documentation while working within defined service guidelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer and supplier queries in accordance with defined SOPs
  • Understand issue context, analyze the problem, and provide accurate resolutions
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in Hindi and English during live interactions
  • Use CRM and internal tools to document interaction details and resolutions
  • Apply logical reasoning to quantify issues and identify appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accuracy, turnaround time, and service quality benchmarks
  • Follow process compliance, data handling, and documentation standards
  • Escalate unresolved cases as per defined workflows

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Completion of higher secondary from a recognized board

Experience & Skills

  • Fresher or candidates with prior ecommerce or customer support experience
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office or Google Sheets/Documents preferred
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Ability to understand supplier/vendor problem statements clearly
  • Comfortable working in a structured inbound support environment

Language & Communication Requirements

  • Proficient in Hindi and English (verbal and written) and Knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
  • Bengali language support required for select positions.

Language allocation will be confirmed during screening
