About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will handle inbound customer and supplier queries related to orders, processes, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer and supplier calls in line with defined SOPs
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Hindi and English (regional language support where applicable)
- Understand issues raised by customers or suppliers and quantify the problem accurately
- Propose appropriate solutions or escalation paths based on process guidelines
- Document interactions, actions taken, and outcomes accurately in the system
- Use MS Office or Google tools (Sheets, Docs) for tracking and reporting
- Maintain service quality, compliance, and turnaround time standards
- Apply analytical and logical reasoning to resolve e-commerce-related queries
Job Requirements:
Education
- Completion of XII from a recognized board
Experience
- Freshers and candidates with relevant customer service or e-commerce experience may apply
- Prior exposure to e-commerce processes is an advantage, not mandatory
Language Requirements
- Proficient in Hindi and English (verbal and written). Knowledge of regional languages is an advantage
- Bengali language support is required for select positions.
