About the Role
This role involves handling inbound interactions from suppliers and vendors, resolving operational queries, and supporting issue resolution within defined service standards. You will analyze problem statements, document cases accurately, and coordinate resolutions using internal systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls related to supplier and vendor support.
- Understand, quantify, and analyze problem statements raised by vendors.
- Propose appropriate solutions within defined process guidelines.
- Document interactions accurately using CRM and internal tracking tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and compliance benchmarks.
- Follow assigned schedules, including split shifts when required.
Job Requirements:
Education
- Completion of higher secondary or equivalent from a recognized board.
Experience & Skills
- Prior e-commerce experience or operational knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Ability to break down issues and propose practical resolutions.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and Google Sheets/Documents.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume inbound support environment.
Language & Communication Requirements
- Proficient in Hindi and English (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
- Bengali language support required for select positions; assignment confirmed during screening.

- This is a gig or short-term engagement.
- Willingness to work split shifts based on business requirements.
