Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Call Handling
    • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
    • Understand customer needs and route calls to the correct internal departments
  • Call Routing & Coordination
    • Ensure accurate and timely transfer of calls
    • Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth communication flow
  • Outbound Courtesy Calls
    • Make outbound calls for follow-ups or courtesy check-ins
    • Maintain professionalism and clarity in all customer interactions
  • Customer Experience
    • Provide a positive and seamless experience across every touchpoint
    • Address basic queries before transferring calls when applicable

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: XII pass
  • Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level preferred)
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills
