Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Customer Support
    • Answer incoming calls from consumers and business clients
    • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Customer Inquiry & Troubleshooting
    • Respond to product and service-related inquiries
    • Conduct basic troubleshooting and document incidents clearly
  • Service Request Management
    • Create and manage store service requests accurately
    • Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Call Handling & Escalation
    • Transfer live calls to the corporate hotline when required
    • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Outbound & Follow-Ups (As Needed)
    • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointments, or escalations
    • Maintain professionalism across all interactions
  • Documentation & Communication
    • Maintain accurate records of incidents and requests
    • Respond to customer emails effectively and promptly
  • Work Flexibility
    • Adapt to flexible schedules and work with minimal supervision

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: XII pass
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level preferred)
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and the ability to handle CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
