Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Customer Support
- Answer incoming calls from consumers and business clients
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Customer Inquiry & Troubleshooting
- Respond to product and service-related inquiries
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and document incidents clearly
- Service Request Management
- Create and manage store service requests accurately
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
- Call Handling & Escalation
- Transfer live calls to the corporate hotline when required
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Outbound & Follow-Ups (As Needed)
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointments, or escalations
- Maintain professionalism across all interactions
- Documentation & Communication
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and requests
- Respond to customer emails effectively and promptly
- Work Flexibility
- Adapt to flexible schedules and work with minimal supervision
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: XII pass
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level preferred)
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to handle CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
