About the Role
You will handle inbound customer interactions related to healthcare services, appointment coordination, and patient support. The position requires empathy, clarity in communication, and the ability to manage queries efficiently within defined service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements:
Education
- Completion of XII from a recognized board.
Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in healthcare support, hospital services, or patient query handling preferred.
- Experience in inbound customer service is an advantage.
- Strong listening skills and problem-resolution abilities.
- Comfortable handling high-volume inbound call workflows.
- Basic system knowledge and ability to navigate CRM platforms.
Language & Communication Requirements
- Proficient in English, Hindi, and Bengali (verbal and written).
- Clear pronunciation and structured communication skills required.
- Versant Level 4 or equivalent communication proficiency preferred.
