Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Image Review & Validation

• Review high volumes of AI-flagged images using provided software tools
• Verify whether images have been correctly categorized or flagged
• Maintain speed, consistency, and accuracy while processing visual information

Quality & Escalation Handling

• Follow defined review protocols and quality standards
• Escalate unclear or sensitive cases through the appropriate process
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy across all reviews

Operational Efficiency

• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations consistently
• Work independently while maintaining process adherence
• Adapt to evolving workflows and operational requirements

Job Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline preferred
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate web-based tools
• Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy
• Ability to process information quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Typing speed of 50 WPM or higher preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong focus, discipline, and confidentiality handling skills
• Willingness to work in a Work from Office (WFO) setup in Kolkata
