About the Role

You will support design and production tasks by interpreting work orders, preparing artwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and coordinating effectively with internal teams. This role requires strong technical capability with design tools, an eye for detail, and the ability to maintain accuracy in a structured production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders and technical drawings.
• Perform concept design and production art for print and fabrication signage.
• Ensure precision and quality across all assigned design and production tasks.
• Use Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Esko Preflight, Esko Automation, and Flexi for artwork preparation.
• Create and manipulate evacuation artwork in line with code requirements.
• Prepare art files compliant with national, state, and local regulations.
• Archive customer source files using the designated file structure.
• Use internal systems for logging work and communication.
• Apply customer-supplied artwork to create production-ready files.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform work in accordance with safety standards and company requirements.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company and project information.
• Demonstrate consistent daily attendance and adherence to workflow expectations.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager or authorized designee

Job Requirements:

• Education: Higher School or Equivalent
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Esko Preflight, Esko Automation, and Flexi
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design execution
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow structured technical guidelines and regulatory design requirements
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a production-oriented environment
• Willingness to work from the office in Cebu
