About the Role

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Completion of Higher School

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • At least 6 months of experience in financial services or credit card programs

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent reading comprehension skills
  • Strong verbal and written English communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage two concurrent system windows
  • Close attention to detail with precision in execution
  • Strong reasoning, judgment, and analytical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in basic software applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Average typing speed of 40 words per minute
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, credibility, and professionalism
  • Willingness to work flexible evening shifts and holidays as required
