About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will support customers through phone and video interactions, guiding them across the loan lifecycle while ensuring transparency, regulatory compliance, and service quality. The role requires analytical thinking, customer education, and the ability to manage both service and collections-related activities within defined guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the loan application and servicing processes via phone or video calls
- Educate customers clearly on loan terms, conditions, and repayment expectations
- Apply underwriting guidelines to support informed lending decisions
- Manage customer interactions across the loan lifecycle, including follow-ups and collections activities
- Consistently meet weekly individual and team performance targets
- Identify opportunities for customer retention and process improvement using existing data
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, documentation, and process requirements
- Provide structured feedback to improve customer journey efficiency and clarity
Job Requirements:
Education
- Graduation from a recognized institution
Experience & Skills
- Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and responsibly
- Comfort handling performance-driven targets and accountability
- Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and compliance
- Willingness to participate in assessment-based hiring (including video evaluation)
- Availability of working full-time (minimum 40 hours per week)
- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST
