Job Description
Specific duties and responsibilities performed by the Customer Service Associate fluent in English offering debt solution services:
- Initiate outbound calls to customers to confirm and assess their current debt situation.
- Clearly and persuasively explain our debt settlement/enrollment programs, outlining the benefits and advantages to clients.
- Provide comprehensive information about our services and how they can help customers save money and expedite debt repayment.
- Handle incoming calls from customers seeking assistance with their debt-related queries and concerns.
- Address customer concerns, provide accurate information about our services, and guide them through the enrollment process empathetically and professionally.
- Effectively manage a relatively lower volume of inbound calls than outbound ones, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes and relevant information, per company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all customer information is kept confidential and handled with utmost integrity, adhering to regulatory guidelines and privacy laws.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction goals. Required Skills:
Job Requirements
Key competencies, attributes and skills of an ideal candidate for Customer Service Associate providing customers debt solutions and support:
- Proficiency in English at an 80% level or higher.
- Minimum one year of sales experience
- Intermediate Communication skills
- Previous outbound/inbound support experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping habits, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence
