Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from guests worldwide, identifying their needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions or alternatives.
  • Engage customers by building trust and going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
  • Utilize industry-specific terminology to communicate enthusiastically and effectively with guests.
  • Upsell products and experiences to enhance guests’ visits, such as Dining, Tours, Animal Interactions, Park Admission Tickets, and Annual Pass products.
  • Maintained expertise in park programs and products, processed orders, and solved any issues with orders while ensuring unparalleled customer service.
  • Adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
  • Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Continuously attend educational sessions to improve knowledge and performance level.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum six months of experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Minimum six months of sales experience.
  • Written and verbal skills in English; bilingual preferred.

  • Comfortable working in a sales-oriented environment and meeting key performance metrics.
