About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate, you will provide sales and service support across inbound call interactions, assisting guests with new orders, existing reservations, and issue resolution. The role requires maintaining accurate data, building strong product knowledge, and delivering a transparent and pleasant service experience while meeting defined performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales and service support across all assigned call types
  • Process new orders accurately and resolve issues related to existing reservations
  • Ensure a clear, professional, and pleasant experience for all guest interactions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and offerings
  • Attend ongoing training sessions to remain current on product and process updates
  • Perform accurate data entry for new and existing reservation orders

  • Meet pre-defined key performance indicators related to quality, productivity, and accuracy

Job Requirements

Education
  • Graduation from a recognized institution
