Job Description

Customer Service Associate working in a BFSI process with our team must perform the following functions:

  • Contact customers to collect delinquent accounts on behalf of our client, utilizing practical communication skills and negotiation techniques.
  • Negotiate payment terms and methods with customers upon reaching the right party, striving to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries, providing information and taking appropriate action to resolve issues.
  • Submit disputes and invoices on behalf of customers through our client portal, ensuring timely and accurate processing. To ensure compliance and ethical conduct, adhere to relevant regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPct.
  • Follow up with delinquent customers via email, maintaining professional communication and documentation.

Job Requirements

Customer Service Associate working for a renowned BFSI client must possess the following qualifications, qualities, and attributes:

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Third Party Collections, demonstrating proficiency in debt recovery processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills, with a proven track record of achieving collection targets.
  • Completion of at least 5 CXC subjects or equivalent qualification.
