About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate – Inbound Support (GIG), you will handle inbound customer calls by following defined scripts, tools, and operating procedures. This role focuses on voice-based customer interaction, system navigation, and accurate documentation within approved CRM and telephony platforms. It is a short-term, gig-based engagement designed for quick onboarding and controlled execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in line with approved SOPs and call flows
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Hindi and English based on customer preference
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate information or first-level resolution
- Maintain a typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy
- Navigate CRM, telephony, and contact center applications efficiently
- Document call details and outcomes accurately in the system
- Adhere to quality standards, compliance guidelines, and operational processes
- Use laptop or desktop systems for inbound call handling
- Maintain professionalism, consistency, and data accuracy across all interactions
Job Requirements:
Education

Completion of XII from a recognized board
Experience & Skills
- Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant inbound call center experience
- Working knowledge of the internet and mobile applications
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- English proficiency equivalent to Versant Level 3 or 4
- Written communication accuracy equivalent to CEFR Level B1
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English
- Comfortable working on desktop or laptop systems
