About the Role
This e-commerce email support job in Siliguri is focused on written customer communication and digital support. You will use your Hindi and English language skills, typing ability, written communication, and knowledge of digital applications to support customer service activities while working with CRM, telephony, and contact centre applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer support communication through email and other approved digital support channels with clear and professional written communication.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant information accurately in Hindi and English according to customer preference.
- Use internet and mobile applications, system navigation tools, MS Excel, and MS Word as required for customer support activities.
- Work with CRM, telephony, and contact centre applications provided through the hosted Citrix Workspace environment.
- Maintain accurate written communication while meeting required typing speed, grammar, sentence construction, and subject-verb agreement standards.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Class XII / H.S. Pass
- Experience: Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Freshers are welcome to apply for this position.
- Language & Communication: Ability to understand and communicate in Hindi and English according to customer preference
- English Competency: Equivalent to Versant Level 3 or 4
- Typing Speed: 40 words per minute with no errors
- Written Communication: Equivalent to CEFR Level B1, including grammar, sentence construction, and subject-verb agreement
- Computer & Digital Skills: Working knowledge of internet and mobile applications, system navigation, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Technology Requirement: Laptop/Desktop support with a minimum 5 Mbps internet speed
- System Knowledge: Ability to work with CRM, telephony, and contact centre applications through Citrix Workspace
