About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Email Support, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries primarily through email, ensuring accurate, well-written, and timely resolutions. The role requires strong written communication in English and Hindi, attention to detail, and comfort working with CRM and contact center systems in a controlled, work-from-office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with internet-based tools and applications to resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain professionalism, data accuracy, and service consistency in all interactions

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Completion of XII from a recognized board

Experience & Skills

  • Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant customer support experience
  • Strong written communication skills in English (CEFR Level B1 accuracy)
  • Ability to understand and communicate in Hindi and English
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and system navigation
  • Comfortable working with laptops/desktops and internet-based applications
  • Ability to work with hosted CRM, telephony, and contact center tools
