About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – E-commerce Chat Support, you will handle customer and supplier interactions through chat channels. The role requires strong written communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to understand problem statements and resolve issues efficiently while following defined processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer and supplier queries through e-commerce chat support channels
  • Identify, analyse, and understand problem statements accurately
  • Apply logical reasoning to quantify issues and propose appropriate solutions
  • Maintain high standards of written communication and response accuracy
  • Document chat interactions and resolutions using internal systems
  • Use MS Office or Google Sheets/Documents to support case tracking and analysis
  • Follow defined processes, quality standards, and service guidelines
  • Maintain professionalism and consistency across all chat interactions

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Higher Secondary (XII)

Language & Communication

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English are required
  • Regional language knowledge is an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Experience & Skills

  • E-commerce experience or knowledge is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office / Google Sheets / Google Documents
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Ability to interpret customer or supplier issues and propose solutions accurately
