Job Description

About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Consumer Products Support, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate documentation across systems. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet defined service-level targets. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls and support tickets

  • Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide clear solutions via phone support

  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the designated call center database

  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including FRT, CSAT, resolution rates, and other defined KPIs

  • Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines consistently

  • Maintain professionalism, clarity, and accuracy across all customer communications

Job Requirements

Education

  • Graduation from a recognized institution

Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience in customer service or contact center operations preferred

  • Ability to handle high interaction volumes with consistency and accuracy

  • Strong verbal communication and problem-resolution skills

  • Comfort working with ticketing and customer support systems

  • Ability to work in a structured, KPI-driven environment

  • Capability to work independently in a work-from-office setup
