About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate – Consumer Products Support, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate documentation across systems. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet defined service-level targets. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Colombia.
Key Responsibilities

Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls and support tickets

Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide clear solutions via phone support

Accurately document all customer interactions in the designated call center database

Meet individual and team performance targets, including FRT, CSAT, resolution rates, and other defined KPIs

Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines consistently

Maintain professionalism, clarity, and accuracy across all customer communications

Job Requirements
Education

Graduation from a recognized institution
Experience & Skills

Prior experience in customer service or contact center operations preferred
