About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Collections Support (Inbound & Outbound), you will manage both inbound and outbound customer communications to secure timely payment of outstanding balances while delivering a professional and positive customer experience. You will work with customers to understand their situations, provide appropriate payment solutions, resolve inquiries, and maintain high standards of service, compliance, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications regarding outstanding account balances.
  • Contact customers professionally to secure timely payment of outstanding amounts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to payment obligations and account status.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and recommend appropriate payment solutions.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and payment commitments within company systems.
  • Meet established productivity, quality, and customer service objectives.
  • Follow company policies, compliance standards, and collection procedures during every customer interaction.
  • Escalate complex customer issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Graduation is required.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, collections, accounts receivable, payment recovery, or contact center operations is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
